WORKING IN AGREEMENT WITH THE TRADITIONAL INSTITUTION – A SURE WAY TO ERADICATE SECURITY PROBLEMS IN NIGERIA- Ooni of Ife

The Ooni of Ife His Imperial Majesty Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ojaja 2) has reiterated the importance of the Military and other security institutions in the country to work in synergy with the traditional institution inorder to eradicate the security challenges confronting the nation.

The Ooni made this call when the General Officer Commanding 2 Division Ibadan Maj Gen Aminu Chinade paid him a courtesy visit at his palace . Oba Adeyeye expressed happiness on the efforts
of the Nigerian Army and indeed other security agencies in confronting the security challenges in the country.

Earlier the GOC praised Oba Adeyeye for his examplary leadership and for being a good host to the NA and other security agencies in Osun as well as other South West States. Gen Chinade extended the goodwill message of the Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen Faruk Yahaya to the imperial Majesty and the Osun people in general. Gen Chinade assured of the continued NA cooperation in keeping Osun, the Yoruba nation as well as the nation at large safe for all to thrive.
