Major General Ibrahim Ali, the Theatre Commander Joint Task Force North East (NE) Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) has assured the Yola Electricity Distribution Company (YEDC) of adequate provision of security in order to aid and facilitate their ongoing projects across the NE states.
Maj-Gen Ali gave his assurance to the Regional Manager, Yola Electricity Distribution Company while receiving officials of the company today, Monday, 13 February 2023, at the Theatre Command Headquarters in Maimalari Military Cantonment, Maiduguri.
Speaking during the visit, the Regional Manager, Mr Masoud Salisu Abdulkadir revealed that him and his team were at the Theatre to seek for enhanced synergy, support and cooperation between OPHK and YEDC.
Mr Masoud who acquainted the Theatre Commander of the activities of YEDC, also thanked him for creating and enabling environment for them to work without any form of hindrance.

In his remarks, Maj Gen Ali commended the organisation for restoring power to the barracks community, adding that their efforts has boosted the morale of troops and that of their families at large.
Present during the visit is the Deputy Theatre Commander, Maj Gen KA Isoni; Component Commanders, Chief of Staff Headquarters Theatre Command OPHK, Commanders and Principal Staff Officers of OPHK.
