In line with the Community Policing Policy of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, all newly passed out Police Constables posted to Kano State Police Command will be deployed to their various Local Government Areas of Origin.
This was contained in a statement released to journalists in Kano by ASP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, the Police Public Relations Officer for the Commissioner of Police Kano State Command.
While addressing the newly passed out Police Constables, CP Mamman Dauda, congratulates the newly passed out Police Constables for their successful training, charged them to be good ambassadors of the Nigeria Police Force in discharging their duties, work according to the provisions of the law and warned them to shun all forms of corrupt practices.
The Commissioner of Police also urged them to respect Human Rights, Rule of Law and work according to the provisions of the Police Act 2020. He further stated that Nigeria Police Force is a disciplined organization and urged them to be civil in dealing with members of the public as ‘’ Discipline’’ is the bedrock of the Police Job. He wishes them a successful career in good health as they will be posted to serve their various communities.
