Alhaji Muhammad Hamim Nuhu Sanusi, the Emir of Dutse, has praised the creation of the 26 Armoured Brigade in Dutse and pledged his support for the Nigerian Army’s victory in Jigawa State.
When Brigadier General Haruna Muhammad Abubakar, Pioneer Commander of the 26th Armoured Brigade of the Nigerian Army, paid a courtesy visit as part of his familiarization tour of his domain, the Emir recently at his palace, he made the praise.
Being home to a sizable Army unit, Emir Hamim expressed his happiness.He expressed his gratitude to the Nigerian Army’s top brass for building the Brigade in Dutse, saying that having such a formation there will be very advantageous for his people.
In his remarks, Brigadier General Haruna Muhammad Abubakar, commander of the 26 Amoured Brigade of the Nigerian Army, expressed his sincere gratitude to the Emir and the members of his council for their cordial reception of him and his entourage. To stop the influx of criminal elements into the nation, the Nigerian Army recently established 26 Brigade, it should be noted. He continued by saying that the goal of his trip was to strengthen ties with the state’s established institutions.
The Brigade would conduct itself professionally and in accordance with the Army’s code of conduct and the Constitution, Brigadier General Abubakar said.
