General Chibuisi

Major  General Chibuisi, the force commander of the Multinational Joint Task Force, has asked the force’s members to apply their training talents as efficiently and effectively as possible. He said this on May 19, 2023, at Djouguia N’Djamena during the event marking the end of the MNJTF forces’ nautical training.

General Chibuisi also stated that training troops was a crucial component of capacity building to improve their efficiency. He remarked on the troops’ enthusiastic and upbeat attitude toward training, which, in his opinion, demonstrated their dedication to the battle against terrorism. The FC added that realistic and current training has continued to give soldiers the necessary abilities to fight terrorism.

In turn, this has paved the path for a tranquil and safe environment that has enabled internally displaced people to return to their ancestral homes, said Lieutenant Colonel Kamarudeen Adegoke, Chief Military Public Information Officer MNJTF. Along with encouraging many terrorists to turn themselves in to the authorities, it has also improved socioeconomic activities in the areas. He instructed the army to ensure that any BH/ISWAP terrorists hiding out in the Lake Chad Basin region be completely eliminated. Gen. Chibuisi thanked the key partners for making the training possible.

The Force Commander stressed that training is an essential component of military readiness and gives soldiers the knowledge they need to perform their tasks successfully. The Force Commander motivates the troops to put their knowledge into practice and effectively carry out their missions by focusing on the implementation of training.

He claimed that the troops’ capacity to put their instruction into practice directly affects the efficiency of their operations. The troops can improve their performance on the field, whether they are leading patrols, carrying out combat operations, or taking part in peacekeeping activities, by successfully employing the skills they have acquired. The FC underlined the value of their training in accomplishing operational goals and successful missions.

The awarding of awards to the graduates and the group photos were the ceremony’s high points.
