After the Nigerian military has dropped 7 bombs on ISWAP terrorists’ positions in the Damboa Local Government of Borno State, a large number of ISWAP militants were killed.

Zagazola Makama, a Counter Insurgency Expert and Security Analyst in Lake Chad, was informed by an Air Force security source that the Super Tucano fighter jet precision air attacks were successful in hitting a Hilux vehicle carrying several fighters, killing all of its occupants.
Zagazola learnt that, after the military attack, the remaining militants fled, the terrorists’ bodies were left lying around in various locations.
The source stated that the Nigerian Air Force will continue its offensives against the terrorists in the North-East, working in tandem with surface forces.
