Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe and the Commissioner of Police, represented by the OC Operation Yaki, Kasim Bala, conferred their new positions on the promoted officers, Mohammed Abdulahi and Ibrahim Abubakar, who serve as the Deputy Governor’s Orderly.
