The Multi-National Joint Task Force’s (MNJTF) Force Commander, Major General Gold Chibuisi, advised troops to take an aggressive stance in order to fulfill the task force’s mission on Wednesday. He stressed the significance of keeping committed to the fight against terrorism and working to restore peace and stability in the region during his operational visit to Sectors 3 and 4 in Mallam-Fatori and Diffa in Nigeria and the Niger Republic, respectively.

General Chibuisi praised the troops in a statement issued by Lieutenant Colonel Abubakar Abdullahi, the Chief Military Public Information Officer in Ndjemena, Chad, for their tenacity and the accomplishments they have made thus far in carrying out the MNJTF’s mandate. He commended their tenacity, commitment, and professionalism in performing their tasks.

Major General Chibuisi’s visit was intended to examine the situation on the ground and raise military morale. He seized the chance to speak with the soldiers and learn more about their wellbeing and practical requirements. He promised them that the task force would provide them all the assistance required to complete their assignment successfully.

Elhaji Kazelma Mamadou Kyari, the chief of Kamadougou in the Diffa area of the Niger Republic, had a courtesy visit from General Chibuisi during his trip. He expressed his gratitude for the MNJTF receiving local support and made a plea for more aid. In response, the chief of Kamadougou prayed for the success of the task force and commended the Force Commander for maintaining contact with important figures in the operation area.

The mission of the MNJTF, which consists of military personnel from Nigeria, Niger, Chad, Cameroon, and Benin, is to establish safety and security in Lake Chad regions that have been devastated by Boko Haram and other terrorist organizations. The mission has achieved important strides in the war on terrorism, aiding in the restoration of stability and peace in the area. The Major General Chibuisi visit is anticipated to raise military morale even higher and reaffirm the task force’s dedication to carrying out its assignment.
