Ilorin, June 14, 2023 – The Nigerian Army Institute of Science Education and Technology (NAISET) in Ilorin experienced a change in leadership as Major General Sani Sumaila Ibrahim assumed the position of Commandant, succeeding Major General Bello Alhaji Tsoho in a formal handing and taking over ceremony on June 14, 2023.
During the ceremony, Major General Tsoho expressed his gratitude to all the officers and soldiers of NAISET for their cooperation and support throughout his tenure as Commandant. He acknowledged their dedication and urged them to continue giving their best while remaining loyal and committed to their duties. Major General Tsoho, who recently assumed the position of Corps Commander Nigerian Army Education Corps, emphasized the importance of maintaining high standards in the institute.
In his remarks, Major General Ibrahim acknowledged the foundation laid by his predecessor, Major General Tsoho, and expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to build upon it. Prior to his appointment as the Commandant of NAISET, Major General Ibrahim served as the Provost of the Nigerian Army College of Education in Ilorin, showcasing his extensive experience in military education.
