OPHK is Resolute in Its Determination to Defeat Terrorists – TC Tells Visiting Sector 4 MNJTF Commander

On November 24, 2022, at the Headquarters Theatre Command Maimalari Cantonment in Maiduguri, the Commander Sector 4 Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF), Col Major Mamane Sani Kiaou, and members of his entourage were received by the Theatre Commander (TC) Joint Task Force (JTF) North East (NE) Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) Major General CG Musa.
In his remarks, the Commander Sector 4 MNJTF thanked the Theatre Commander for the friendly welcome given to him and his team. He then said that the visit’s main goals were to inform the Theatre Commander on OP LAKE SANITY II and to introduce the new Air Component Commander.
The Commander also underlined the necessity to step up the attacks while commending the Theatre Commander and his troops for their ongoing victory against the terrorists. He then made a commitment to maintain the current coordination in order to continue to hinder terrorist activities near Lake Chad.
Major General Christopher Musa thanked the Commander in his remarks on behalf of his officers and men for his dedication to the peace effort and stated that OPHK remains steadfast in its determination to fight the terrorists until complete peace and calm are restored throughout the sub-region.
The Deputy Theatre Commander, OPHK Major General MS Ahmed, the Component Commanders, OPHK Commander 7 Div Garrison, OPHK Chief of Staff, OPHK Principal Staff Officers, and OPHK Principal Staff Officers were all present.
The giving of souvenirs, signing of the visitor’s book, and taking of the group photo were the highlights of the visit.
