Royal Majesty Commends NAOWA as 81 Division Chapter Visits his Palace

The Chairperson 81 Division, Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives Association (NAOWA), Dr. (Mrs) Ada Ajunwa paid a courtesy visit to our most Revered Royal Father, His Majesty, Professor Adeyemi Abdukabir Obalanlege, Ph.D, MCIPR, MPRII, FHEA(Lanlege Ekun II, Arole Iganmode) at his Palace, Ipeti Square Enu Owa, Otta, Ogun state.

Recall that the wife of the new General Officer Commanding the 81 Division of the Nigerian Army, Lagos, Major General Obinna Ajunwa assumed office on 26th August 2022.

In her remarks, she acknowledged the contributions of His Majesty to the cause of the Association, and for his leadership style in achieving a united Nigeria.

Responding, His Majesty thanked the chairperson and her team for visiting the ancient City of Otta, and also commended members of the association for their notable contributions towards the security of the Nation.

His Majesty equally appreciated members of the Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives Association for being the strong pillar of support to the Nigerian Soldier who are always away from home in ensuring the security of lives and upholding the sovereignty of the Nation.

Joining Olofin Apesin Olode in receiving the team includes; Kabiyesi Onikosi, Oba Sikiru Ishola Anibire, Odota of Otta, High Chief Oladele Adeniji and Iyalode of Otta, High Chief Rufiat Ojugbele-Mathew.
