In a ceremony held at the Kano State Police Command, Commissioner of Police (CP) Mohammed Usaini Gumel, supported by Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Ahmed Ibn Umar of the Department of Finance and Administration, decorated Aliyu Abubakar with his new rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) on July 4th, 2023.
