The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has started the enrollment process for 2022 for graduates and post-graduates who meet the requirements as Direct Short Service (DSSC) cadets in a variety of vocations. The ideal candidates must be Nigerian citizens, unmarried, and between the ages of 20 and 30.

The minimal qualification for applicants is Second Class Upper Division or Upper Credit from accredited universities, polytechnics, and other educational institutions. The requirement for a NYSC discharge certificate should be noted by candidates during the Nigerian Air Force screening processes.
The Nigerian Air Force’s Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, has stated that from 19 December 2022 to 30 January2023, interested applicants must submit an online application through the NAF recruiting site at www.nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng.
In the meantime, applicants should be aware that the Nigerian Air Force enlisting procedure is FREE OF CHARGE and that no payments should be made during the process.
Also, please be aware that the Nigerian Air Force has NOT authorized any agent or individual to carry out any activity connected to applying for a position in the Service. As a result, applicants need to be wary of bogus web portals and agents who prey on vulnerable Nigerians.
