Major General CG Musa, the Theatre Commander Joint Task Force North East Operation HADIN KAI has charged candidates of Captain – Major Practical Promotion Exams 2022 to always open their minds to the diversified nature of contemporary security challenges while writing the 2022 examination.

General Musa made the charge while addressing both Members of the Exam Panel and Candidates at the Theatre Training School in Maimalari Military Cantonment on Sunday, 16 October 2022.
According to him, “Being a practical examination, you are expected to bring your experience in the Theatre by being realistic in your all approaches”.

“I urged you to read well and to avoid putting yourselves under unnecessary pressure to achieve success”. He further stated that, at the end of the exams, it’s expected that all the participants should become better Officers in the field. He then wishes the candidates the best of luck and reminds them of upholding the confidence reposed on them.

While welcoming the candidates earlier, the Theatre Training Officer, Brigadier General SJA Ilorin encouraged the candidates to refrain from any act of indiscipline during the period of the exams, emphasizing that any act of exam malpractice would never be condoned.
The training officer further charged members of the exam panel to uphold the ethics of credibility and objectivity of assessment during the examination.

In attendance were the Deputy Theatre Commander, Maj Gen MS Ahmed, Tradoc Representatives, AHQ DAT/DASE Representatives, Examination Panel and Candidates
